Megazyme酶法分析检测原理

NADH（(或者 NADPH）在340nm波长处具有强吸收峰，Megazyme酶法分析检测产品利用这一原理，选择消耗或者产生NADH（(或者 NADPH）的化学反应，利用分光光度计检测NADH（(或者NADPH）浓度的变化，从而达到检测待检物质浓度的目的。
